Refund & Cancellation

1. Payment Structure

All software development projects follow a milestone-based payment structure, typically divided into:

• Advance Payment: Required to initiate the project and reserve resources
• Mid-Term Payment: Paid after initial development and progress milestone
• Final Payment: Upon completion, approval, and delivery of the project

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel the project at any stage. However, payments already made up to that point are generally non-refundable due to:

• Time and effort already invested
• Resources allocated and consumed
• Design, development, or consultation already delivered

If cancellation occurs before a milestone has started, partial refunds may be considered at the company’s discretion.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted under the following conditions:

• Project is canceled before significant work has started
• Partial refund may be issued after deducting company costs (design, development, tools, or hours spent)
• No refund for work already completed and delivered

TekLume reserves the right to evaluate and approve partial refunds based on internal resource usage and project progress.
