All code, designs, and deliverables created by TekLume remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

All payment terms will be clearly outlined in the project proposal or agreement. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for delayed or incomplete payments.

6. Confidentiality

All client data, documents, and communications are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose or reuse client-specific information without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TekLume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including delays, data loss, or service interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated, or if the client engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior. Clients may also terminate the contract as per the terms agreed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
