Bajiya Attendance System is an HR and payroll module built on top of the client's existing ERP, giving them a single place to manage employee records, daily attendance, and monthly payroll instead of juggling registers and spreadsheets.
The client tracked attendance manually and calculated salaries by hand each month, including overtime and statutory deductions like ESIC. This was slow, error-prone, and disconnected from the ERP that already held employee and branch data.
We built an attendance and payroll module connected directly to the ERP. HR can register employees and define their salary structure once; employees punch in and out daily, with overtime automatically calculated from logged hours. At the end of the pay cycle, a payroll run automatically computes gross pay, overtime, ESIC and other statutory deductions, and generates a salary slip per employee — removing manual calculation entirely.
