This custom ERP platform was developed for Bajiya Manufacturing, a multi-branch manufacturing business, to digitize and centralize all operations — from raw material requests to customer invoicing. The platform replaces outdated, manual WhatsApp-based processes with an integrated system that tracks warehouses, orders, payments, users, and roles in real-time.
Bajiya Manufacturing relied heavily on WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets for managing purchases, stock, team communications, and order tracking. This led to frequent miscommunication, data loss, and lack of accountability. The challenge was to bring everything into a modern ERP without overwhelming the team or disrupting current workflows.
We designed and built a modular ERP system for Bajiya Manufacturing with custom dashboards for admins, managers, and staff. Key modules included warehouse and stock management, multi-branch support, real-time order tracking, customer invoicing, and raw material requisition flows. A flexible role-based permission system was implemented so that only admins can create/manage users and control module access by role. Built on scalable architecture with a clean UI and secure login flows.
